VICIdial Auto Dialer offers an enterprise-grade Call Centre Suite. This includes a predictive dialer with its own real-time agent web client application and is highly configurable with detailed logging. The dialer can dial predictively, at a ratio or one-call-at-a-time. It can also function as an ACD for inbound calls, as well as blend inbound and outbound calling, or for closer calls coming from fronters.
