– At the time of DID purchase, both MRC and NRC must be paid.
– MRC for active DIDs is deducted from your account on the last day of each month & for UK minimum hold must be 3 months.
– Inbound call charges are deducted from your main account balance.
– All DIDs must be configured to accept incoming calls with either a live response or an IVR system, along with opt-in and opt-out options to keep it active.
