  • Share the Hetzner or Contabo portal credentials with us, and we will choose the appropriate server plan based on the number of agents.
  • For using WebPhone/WebRTC and Dynamic Portal Validation, an SSL certificate is required, which can be installed on an FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name). You have to provide the FQDN by creating an ‘A’ record in your DNS Management or C-Panel → DNS Zone Editor and set it to the dialer IP provided by us.
